A private guided walk is a fantastic way of getting into the UK mountains, moors and coast paths as safely as possible while enjoying good company. Whether you're a local British citizen or a visitor from overseas, maybe visiting the UK for the Mayflower 400 celebrations, we can meet and collect you from your hotel, airport or station anywhere on the British mainland and drive you to the start of your walk or tour, stopping and sight-seeing various tourist attractions on the way. Each tour is your own private tour bespoke and tailored to your requirements, and we can work up to a ratio of 1:8, 1 qualified leader to up to 8 participants. We provide multiple qualified guides if you have a larger group. Your guide will present a brief outline of the walk and the conditions including the latest weather report for the area, and during the walk your leader will pass on his/her local knowledge of the area, its history, Poldark film sets, geology and especially its wildlife.
We charge a flat rate of £75 (GBP) per person per day, which includes the cost of your guide, chauffeur and transport costs. Food and accommodation is not included. We can collect you from one hotel and drop you and your luggage at another, therefore allowing you to string several days together making your own multi-day tour should you wish. We can also skip a day or so between days out, leaving you to conduct your own sightseeing between days out with us, thus saving you money and providing the ultimate convenience. And I also speak Chinese.
